Client requirement:
There were two divisions of one pharmaceutical company, attending the ESPGHAN 2017 congress, with a requirement to provide all accompanying services.
Challenge:
Specific Asian catering delivered not only to the main conference to Prague Congress Center, but also for two gala dinners at outside venues. The group had exclusive program apart from the congress, evening cruise on Vltava river, halfday trip to Kutna Hora or guided tour of Prague Castle. We have also arranged all airport transfers, as well as transfers to the Prague Congress Centre for the group.
Output:
This logistically demanding event was realized as a contract for FCM. We confirmed again the position of an exclusive partner for Central Europe for our client.
