Client requirement:
Organization of services in Munich, Germany for a group of 400 employees of the Indian company Axis Bank. We provided services for the client for the fourth year in a row, and in Munich for the third time. The client requested standard tourist services such as transport, guide services and meals in local restaurants. The challenge was to organize a gala dinner in a traditional pub.
Challenge:
Although we have already managed similar event in Munich in previous years, for a group of 400 participants, it is always a logistical challenge in terms of time coordination for transfers and activities. In addition to the classic Munich city tour, the client also chose a full-day trip to Salzburg, Austria, and a trip connected by cable car to the top of the Zugspitze, where an Indian lunch was prepared for clients. The gala dinner took place in the traditional pub "Loewenbrau", with which we had to discuss the details of the whole evening very carefully with regard to the non-traditional requirements of the Indian client regarding catering, hall layout, AV equipment, etc.
Output:
The event was very successful, the client was very satisfied with the organization of the event and the coordination of our team at the venue.
