Client requirement:
One of the premium Bank Incentive movement with Gala dinner at Westin Hotel in Munich. Need of complete program and itinerary including event in sport theme and wide range of travel services handled with maximum respect to Indian culture and expectations.
Challenge:
The event was sport theme event with MC right from India. This MC is known for his ideas coming on last moment so when he announced that he would like to come to stage by rickshaw, we had challenge to accept – we manage not only this, but also the matter of request for the biggest screen ever installed in this ballroom as well as huge side screens. Appart of the event services, we have managed complete land services including transportation with 10 coaches, guide services and meals at local Indian restaurants.
Output:
Client was very satisfied with the way we have handled the movement even with challenges of timing and last moment requests. We have done two more groups from Axis Bank after this huge event successfully.
