Client requirement:
Organization of a conference on the occasion of meeting of Top Management from Dubai and management of the hotel gala dinner including catering and entertainment program. The event had also included the organization of other special dinners, transportation and guide services.
Challenge:
Specific conference tuned into a soccer concept. Stage in the shape of a football field with stands that have replaced the classic set up. The football spirit was enhanced by cheerleaders, world champion in freestyle footbag and performance of a singer with a soccer anthem composed especially for this event.
Output:
The event was successful. According to the requirements, we managed to create the atmosphere of the football environment and it was a unique experience for everyone.
