Client requirement:
Incentive trip for clients from the field of finance with a request to hold the social event in a historical venue / palace in the centre of Prague. Creation of a an interesting itinerary, that would introduce the Czech Republic and its culture to the participants.
Challenge:
To find and customize the venue according to the clients idea. We have managed to place the event into beautiful historical palace hall, 5min walk from Powder Tower and 10min walk from Old Town Square. It was amazing hall, but we had to face the challenge of size of the original inbuilt stage. That is why, we had to be very creative in terms of back stage, stage decoration, lights etc.
Output:
Our client was very happy as well as participants, especially with the hall, which exactly fit to their concept of the noble palace style event.
