Client requirement:
Incentive movement of one of the largest Automotive companies with request for oversized venue for the award dinner due to extensive requirements for Stage and Awards. The main request was for smooth handling of operation including exceptional activities such transfers by vintage vehicles and military experience including tank ride and shooting experience.
Challenge:
Operation of contracting of large congress hall of 5star property in Prague with request for 200 bedrooms. Operation of such a large group with several arrivals and departures in a way that nobody should feel in hurry and everything will fall in place at the right time. The event was crucial for client and we had to respect the needs of preparation team to be in one moment on several stages where all activities happened.
Output:
