Client requirement:
Organization of 8 days long itinerary to Prague, Vienna and Budapest including accommodation, sightseeing and teambuilding activities as well as gala dinner with evening entertainment program and authentic Indian catering.
Challenge:
Complete organization of the tour including extensive program in three different countries. The client had limited budget for the gala dinner, so we had to organize the event at local restaurant in Prague, which we privately rented for the group, we have arranged also DJ and belly dancers for that evening. During the stay in Budapest, the clients experienced helicopter flight and cruise on Danube River. One of the highlights of the tour was also medieval style lunch in Visegrad, Hungary, where clients experienced local cuisine and had chance to dress up to medieval costumes.
