The program also featured a gala dinner with an awards ceremony at a rooftop restaurant and a final river cruise with live music and unlimited refreshments. These particular elements — the cruise, rooftop dinner, and comprehensive teambuilding — posed the greatest challenges in terms of logistics, coordination, and delivering a high-quality experience.
