
Client Request:
Organization of a four-day stay at a luxurious 5-star resort on the Caribbean island of Anguilla for the winners of BTL’s internal company competition — the BTL President’s Club — including a unique full-day program outside the hotel.
Challenge:
To meet the client’s exceptionally high standards and deliver a top-quality product (Four Seasons Anguilla) worthy of the company’s most successful employees. Another challenge was to design an engaging program on a relatively small island with limited entertainment options — including the reservation of a private beach bar with exclusive access, water sports, and a variety of additional activities.
Result:
The client was extremely satisfied with both the smooth execution and the high-quality preparation of the event by our agency. They also appreciated our proposal to select Anguilla — an authentic and less touristy destination — as the setting for this prestigious incentive trip.
