Client requirements:
Organizing a celebration in occasion of St. Nicholas day for children, with the following activities:
- Simulation of Heaven and Hell
- Acting portrayal of the characters of devils, angels and St. Nicolas
- Preparation and distribution of St. Nicholas gift bags
- Full day Christmas theme program including traditional performances and games as well as craft workshops.
Challenge:
Demanding event in terms of preparation of the program, completion of production and venue decoration, along with the final realization including time and personnel management. Total, 12 hours long program for 400 children has been successfully accomplished by 21 organizers.
Output:
The time-consuming program accomplished smoothly and exactly as planned. The program evoking atmosphere of approaching Christmas was greatly appreciated by the client and all participants.
