Client requirement:
Arranging accommodation, conference facilities, transportation services and adventure program in Austrian Alps.
Challenge:
Client was seeking for a 5-star wellness hotel right next to the ski slope in a significant Austrian ski area, right during the high season. Participants were transported to the resort from 3 different airports (Salzburg, Munich, and Vienna).
Output:
First Alpine meeting of partners from countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Great feedback from the participants, promise to repeat the event next season.
