Client requirement:
Organization of the entire accompanying incentive program for the participants of the Prague EO Networking 2020 regional session. Arrangement of conference meetings inunique locations, fine dining dinners at luxury restaurants, transportation and guide services, as well as special activities during the Prague stay.
Challenge:
The delegates were divided into smaller teams and for each team we needed to arrange different catering, conference space or activity. We have found original conference spaces for the meetings, like for example Jindrisska Tower, which was challenging venue do the January weather conditions and special heating was required.
During one evening we had to arrange dinners at total 6 restaurants at the same time.
The clients enjoyed ride with Historical tram or had a unique experience in Skydive arena.
Output:
The event went smoothly and the client was satisfied with the final result.
