Clients requirement:
Organization of a business trip to Turkey for the representatives of Czech companies and the Czech Chamber of Commerce, including flight tickets, accommodation, transportation and guide services, as well as the accompanying program.
Challenge:
Due to the current situation, there was a challenge with the flight connection, as the originally booked flight was cancelled just few days prior the departure. We have managed to arrange the new flight connection for the clients and the program went on as originally scheduled. Furthermore there were many last minute changes in the program we had to take into account and solve in cooperation with local suppliers (drivers, hotels, restaurants, etc.).
Output:
The client was very happy with the way how we managed to organize this event despite the numerous restrictions associated with the current global COVID pandemic.
